3 Techniques to Practice Freestyle Battling

As a freestyle battler, one of the things that you want to do is to make sure that you practice and rehearse as much as possible.

Method #1 – Battle Your Yearbook Picture

When you look at your yearbook picture, you will remember a lot of different events in your life that will bring out all sorts of emotions that you will be able to use in battle. With this technique, you should battle one picture at a time for approximately 5 minutes at a time.

Method #2 – Battle in Chat Rooms

Go to Yahoo chat rooms or other hip hop chat rooms and look for others that might be interested in battling. If they aren’t interested in battling, go to the chat room and just practice dissing the members in the chat room.

Practice dissing their names, or the comments that they have made. The more that your practice this, the better and easier  it will be when you really get into battle.

Method #3 – Battle at dopetracks.com

A great place to go and battle is at a website known as dopetracks.com. This site allows you to create and record your raps. You can also challenge other rappers to battle you.
