As a lyrics writer, you may have some difficulties in writing the hook of your song.
There are some great techniques and secrets that you can use that will help you to write your hook.

Sometimes some of the toughest things to do when you are writing is to get your rhyming correct. One of the easiest things to do is to start off by having each of your rhymes consist of 2-4 syllables.
Most hooks are about 8 measures or bars long. Rhyme every 2 beats. This will make your hook really impressive.
As you are work on your rhymes, try using multiple syllable words with two or more 1 syllable word.
Make your music different from your verses. This is how people will know it is the hook and this is what will stand out to your listeners.
As you work on the beat, make sure that you listen very carefully to the hook portion of the beat.You have to make sure that the words flow well through the hook.
If you are getting stuck with some words as well as ideas, take some of your ideas and put them into lyrics.Try different words, phrase, and sentences until you find a combination or hook that you like sounds good and also summarizes your message.
