Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of rap artists that are getting ready or are supposedly getting ready for a rap battle often put things off, spend too much time going over things, talk way too much, as well as tend to dream too much, instead of getting busy and working and practicing hard to better their skills.
The ones though that do seem to improve their skills are the artists that immediately take some kind of action.
If they learned something new, they immediately made it part of their repertoire.
Instead of analyzing it, or discussing it or thinking about it, they immediately used it.
So that you know what you must do, if you have learned something new, you must immediately implement it.
If you have been trying to write a new song or even trying to write some new lyrics, get a pencil and paper out and start.
